Generally for aperitif the Venetians prefer the spritz. The spritz is an alcoholic drink composed for 1/3 of white wine (usual a regional wine) for 1/3 of soda and the staying 1/3 to choose between Aperol, Bitter, Select but there is who prefers it to the Cynar or other alcoholic drinks.
